Brookside Dental is a full-service dental practice that works within the guidelines of your dental insurance plan.  We offer in-network coverage for  major insurance plans and accept all insurances.
Do you have DeltaDental, Guardian, GHI Preferred Plus, Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, MetLife or Nova dental insurance?    Here is what part of your plan may cover for you and your dependants:  $50 annual deductible, $1,000 benefits per calendar year, 100% coverage on regular cleanings, exams and x-rays (NO DEDUCTIBLE) 80% coverage on fillings, root canals and periodontics.
